Contact EnerSolution to book your energy audit today. Our NRCan-certified energy advisors will conduct a detailed pre-retrofit assessment of your home, provide you with an EnerGuide label, and deliver a comprehensive energy efficiency report outlining upgrade recommendations.
Complete Your Upgrades
Within two years of your mortgage closing date, complete the recommended upgrades that meet or exceed the energy efficiency targets required by CMHC or Genworth.
Post-Qualifying Assessment
After the upgrades are finished, our team will conduct a post-retrofit energy assessment to confirm that all improvements meet the required standards for refund eligibility.
Apply for Your Refund
Using the documentation from your energy audits, you can now submit your application to CMHC or Genworth. Upon approval, you may receive up to 25% of your insurance premium refunded.
